Dino POOP!

This Privacy Policy explains how Dino POOP!, an Android game published by AIFormNote Studio / Milan Weinar, handles information. Dino POOP! is designed to be suitable for children and families. We aim to minimize data collection and do not ask children to provide contact details or create a AIFormNote Studio account.
1. Information stored locally on the device
The core game works without creating an account. Gameplay information is stored locally on the device, including:
- best score, best combo and personal top runs,
- Daily Run best score and date state,
- unlocked/selected dinosaur skins, local badges and unlock progress,
- gameplay totals such as runs, boosts/poops, gates and stars,
- audio/tutorial preferences,
- a local queue for scores waiting to be submitted to Google Play Games, and
- whether the app recognizes ownership of optional one-time purchases such as Remove Ads or purchased dinosaur skins.
This local data is used to operate the game, preserve progress and settings, display local achievements and safely restore game state. Android backup is disabled for the app.
2. Information Dino POOP! does not ask you to provide
Dino POOP! does not ask players to enter a name, email address, postal address, phone number, date of birth or precise location. The game does not request camera, microphone, contacts or location permissions. There is no in-game chat, social feed or user-generated content system. AIFormNote Studio does not operate a Dino POOP! backend that stores its own player profiles.
3. Google Play Games — optional leaderboards
Dino POOP! can use Google Play Games Services for WORLD and DAILY/TODAY leaderboards. The game itself remains playable without Play Games. The app checks authentication state and may ask Google Play Games to sign in when leaderboard features are opened or refreshed.
When Play Games is authenticated, Google may process Google-account authentication and Google Play Games profile information under Google's own terms and privacy policy. Dino POOP! may submit finalized Classic and Daily Run scores to configured leaderboards and read rank and score information. A score earned while authentication is unavailable may be queued locally and submitted later.
Inside Dino POOP!, the custom public TOP list intentionally uses rank and score only; the game does not copy Google-managed player display names into this child-oriented list. Names may appear in Google's native Play Games leaderboard interface. Supervised child accounts are also subject to Google Play Games and Family Link controls.
4. Advertising, AdMob and UMP
The current Dino POOP! release branch uses Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Production configuration includes AdMob identifiers for interstitial and rewarded ads. Advertising is configured conservatively for a child audience:
- Google Mobile Ads uses child-directed / age-restricted treatment,
- UMP uses under-age-of-consent treatment,
- the maximum ad content rating is G,
- com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID is explicitly removed from the app manifest,
- Android Privacy Sandbox permissions ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS and ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION are also removed, and
- ad-personalization and Firebase advertising-consent signals are disabled/denied for this child-directed configuration.
The game does not use banner ads. A forced interstitial may appear after a randomized interval of approximately 3–5 finalized runs. Voluntary rewarded ads can be used for gameplay rewards such as one revive in a run or progress toward unlocking special dinosaurs. A gameplay reward is granted only after the advertising SDK confirms the earned-reward callback.
The optional Remove Ads purchase suppresses forced/interstitial ads. Voluntary rewarded ads remain available after Remove Ads because the player explicitly chooses to watch them in exchange for a specific gameplay reward.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically process limited technical data needed for ad delivery, measurement, diagnostics and fraud prevention, such as IP address, app/ad interactions, diagnostic data and other identifiers supported by the service. Dino POOP! explicitly removes the Android Advertising ID permission and the Privacy Sandbox advertising permissions listed above. Advertising-data processing is performed by Google and eligible ad partners under their own policies; AIFormNote Studio does not sell children's personal data or create its own advertising profiles of children.
5. Firebase Analytics
Dino POOP! uses Firebase Analytics for basic gameplay measurement and release diagnostics. Custom analytics events can include events such as game run start/end, rewarded ad, interstitial display, purchase and leaderboard-related activity.
Custom analytics events do not send names, email addresses, Google Play Games Player IDs or other player-entered identifiers. Advertising personalization and Advertising ID collection are disabled for the current child-directed setup. Firebase/Google may process technical data such as an app-instance identifier, device/app information, approximate location derived from IP address and app-usage or purchase information under Google's own policies.
6. Purchases through Google Play
Dino POOP! uses Google Play Billing for optional one-time products, primarily Remove Ads and special dinosaur skins. A parent/“Parents Only” step is used before opening the purchase flow; Google Play and Family Link remain the actual purchase-authorization mechanism.
Payments are processed by Google Play. AIFormNote Studio does not receive or store payment-card numbers. The app queries Google Play for ProductDetails, ownership and purchase state and uses localized pricing returned by Google Play.
7. Third-party services
Depending on available features and player choices, Dino POOP! may interact with:
- Google Play Games Services — optional authentication and leaderboards,
- Google Play Billing — one-time purchases,
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob — interstitial and voluntary rewarded ads,
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — advertising privacy/consent-state handling, and
- Firebase Analytics — basic gameplay analytics and technical events.
The current release branch does not use a developer-operated cloud backend to store player profiles.
8. Children's privacy
Dino POOP! is designed to be suitable for children, including younger players. The core game does not require a AIFormNote Studio account and does not ask a child to provide direct contact information.
The advertising configuration uses child-directed treatment, G-rated ads, UMP under-age treatment and removal of the advertising-identifier permissions described above. Optional Google services are also governed by Google account, Play Games, Google Play and Family Link settings. Parents or guardians should supervise optional account, leaderboard and purchase features as appropriate for the child's age and local law.

9. Retention and deletion
Local game progress and settings remain on the device until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Android backup is disabled.
Google Play Games data, Google Play purchase records, Firebase Analytics data and advertising-related data processed by Google are retained and managed according to Google's policies, the relevant service settings and the user's Google account settings.
10. Data security and transfers
Network communication used by integrated Google services uses secure transport; the app does not permit cleartext HTTP traffic. Third-party providers may process data in other countries under their own legal and security frameworks.
11. Changes to this policy
If Dino POOP! changes its online services, advertising, analytics, purchases or child/family configuration, this Privacy Policy will be updated so that it matches the actual public release.
